Arsenal players Granit Xhaka, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Hector Bellerin and Shkodran Mustafi were challenged by Citroen to take on 17-year old Lisa Zimouche in a nutmeg challenge.
All the while the head-to-head was captured on the new Citron C3’s onboard ConnectedCAM. Zimouche is pretty handy with the ball at her feet as the freestyle footballer happens to be the 2014 World Female Panna Champion.
Panna involves a one-on-one contest, in which participants attempt to nutmeg their opponent and retrieve the ball on the other side. It requires skill, technique and patience.
Zimouche is one of the youngest football freestylers in the world, having been named Female Panna World Champion at the age of 15. With over 600k followers on Instagram alone, Lisa is already somewhat of an internet sensation with fans taking delight at her ability to embarrass her male counterparts.
In the video, she goes head-to-head with each player - Xhaka survives despite ending up flat on his back, Oxlade-Chamberlain traps the ball between his legs narrowly avoiding defeat before Mustafi is turned inside out with an incredible nutmeg, much to the delight of his teammates.
The footage was caught on ConnectedCAM Citroen, a technology that made its world premiere on the new Citroen C3. Featuring a wide-angle HD camera (positioned just behind the rear-view mirror) and a 128GB memory, ConnectedCAM Citroen can be used to take photos or videos that can be instantly shared via social media using a free app. It also operates as a conventional dashcam in the event of an accident.
Arsenal take on Bayern Munich this evening with Arsene Wenger having to decide if Mustafi is in the right frame of mind to play after loosing the nutmeg challenge.
