City Concours confirms 2018 return to Central London venue
Following a successful inaugural event this summer, City Concours – described as a ‘unique and world-class automotive garden party’ – is to return in 2018 to the historic gardens of the Honourable Artillery Company in Central London.
City Concours is a one-of-a-kind retail opportunity, aimed at collectors, enthusiasts and people with an appreciation of quality and craftsmanship. Retail pavilions positioned around the gardens will house some of the world’s most luxurious brands alongside artisan art and one-off designs in a dedicated Art Pavilion. A specially curated collection of Le Mans winners, Land Speed Record holders and a host of classic and modern supercars will be displayed in the gardens.
Nearly 3500 people and 140 of the world’s most luxurious and collectable cars gathered for the first City Concours in 2017, and with the organisers expecting higher numbers for the 2018 event, new bespoke hospitality options including fine dining luncheon experiences and a number of drinks party packages, are being made available.
Among the variety of exclusive hospitality options on offer is the VIP Preview Breakfast prior to the opening of the event, where guests are welcomed to a breakfast buffet and an exclusive preview of the cars on display. The first evening will also feature a Concours Drinks Party serving up champagne and canapés, providing the perfect backdrop (weather permitting) for more private viewing of the displays as the sun goes down.
Automotive and hospitality applications are being taken through the new www.cityconcours.co.uk website. The event itself will be held on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 June 2018.
